Job Description
We are looking to interns to participate in biomedical signal processing research within the Biomedical Signal Analysis Lab at GE Global Research in Bangalore.
The intern will work under the mentorship of a scientist of the lab on medical image analysis and gain hands-on experience in this growing field.
Essential Responsibilities
Participate in cutting edge research in image processing by testing and validating existing algorithms and converting those to C code
Propose enhancements to algorithms to improve performance
Work effectively in team
Qualifications/Requirements
3rd year bachelors student / Masters student / PhD student in Electrical Engineering/Electronics and communication engineering/Computer science/Biomedical engineering/Applied Mathematics/Physics with specialization in signal processing, and/or inverse problems.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in global teams
- Creative ability for out of the box solutions
