Job Responsibilities:

To provide Email, Telephone and Web based support to our worldwide customers on our products.

Eligibility Criteria:

Engineering graduates in Computer, electronics and Communications stream with relevant experience or Diploma holders from recognized institutes in Computer, Electronics and Communications stream or Masters in IT or MCA or Equivalent Sound

Networking Knowledge - theory and practice

Should be familiar with high-end network infrastructure (Routers, Switches, firewalls etc

Candidates with Cisco, Microsoft, Sun certification and exposure to Network Management tools and RDBMS will have an added advantage.

Desired Personality Attributes:

Dynamic, energetic and self-motivated, team player
Techno savvy, spontaneous with ability to think and provide solutions
Should display serious attitude towards work/career

Skills Required:

Solid knowledge of Networking.
Excellent written and oral Communication Skills including good listening ability and telephone handling skill.
Willing to work in Evening Shift.
