Handling Voice calls from India Customer's

Solving Technical Queries of customers related to UPS and batteries of APC by Schneider

Registering complaints of customers using Intouch and Salesforce ( CRM ) applications

Interacting with different department involved for the complaint resolution

Co-Ordination with service planning and escalation team for faster resolution

Offer technical troubleshooting to the customers

Willing to work in rotational shifts ( Operation 24x7 )

Qualifications

1. Qualification: Diploma/ BE/BTech ( Electrical and Electronics / Electronics and communication)

2. Languages : English , Hindi

3. Preferred Malyalam language as an addition to primary languages.
