Job Description
Key responsibilities:
Incident management, change management, problem management processes
Batch monitoring and SLA/OLA tracking and ensure that all critical Batch problems are resolved in a timely manner
Ensure compliance with and improvement of support processes
Work together with support teams to identify automation opportunities, chart actions and status of those actions to improve operations
Understand customer / end users requirements and own the issue till closure.
Work in different 9 hours shifts (Login Times: 5:45 am, 8:15am, 11:15 am and 2:00 pm) and weekend coverage
Qualifications/Exp:
Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering
1-2 years of relevant IT experience
