Knowledge and experience in Unix & Linux Platforms and Middleware services.
Review / analyze the alerts occurring from any source.
Should able to suggest the ways of reducing the alerts by investigating weekly/monthly.
Ability to interpret systems flows and should be proficient in production support life-cycle processes.
Experience in working with multiple teams to resolve the challenges.
Handle change requests/support on a daily basis.
Should send the Management reports on time and should verify the status of auto reports to check if they are all filled up before it is sent.
Proactively seek to develop self. Look to improve technical skills, industry/Future knowledge and analytical techniques.
Should be flexible in working on shifts, 24/7 operations.
Good Communication Skills.
Preferably ITIL Foundation Certified.
