Job Description
A Test Analyst is primarily responsible to create and execute Selenium Scripts using JAVA language based on Software requirement specifications. This role also requires basic experience in creating manual test cases based on requirements and executing them. The role requires sound knowledge on automaton framework and work experience on major frameworks. In addition the role requires sound problem solving and trouble shooting skills in Selenium web driver automation.
Job Requirments:
Experience in automation using Selenium WebDriver automated Testing tool.
Experience in writing Web Driver Scripts using Java/Java script Programming Language.
Ability to convert the existing Selenium scripts to Selenium WebDriver scripts.
Knowledge on Automation Frameworks.
Knowledge in manual Testing Methodologies and Process.
Knowledge of Maven and Hudson (Preferred).
Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
Possesses problem solving skills, a strong attention to detail, and is quality oriented.
Experience in troubleshooting and proposing solutions for undefined requirements.
Ability to work overtime and irregular hours when needed.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite.
Experience in using Quality Center (preferred).
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science preferred.
0.6 -1.5 years of experience in translating complex software design requirements and bigger manual workflow test cases into automated scripts using Selenium Web driver.
