As a Software Engineer, should Design, Develop Systems that scale efficiently.
Translates Business Needs / requirements to Solution.
Ensures solution adheres to defined specs and processes.
Provides Efficient and Elegant Solutions.
Work with cross-functional teams.

Competencies
Solid understanding of web-scale architectural considerations such as security, performance, scalability, reliability etc.
Be a quick learner undaunted by complex systems.
Take risks and thrive in an environment of constant change.
Have deep conceptual and technological understanding of contemporary concepts such as mobile development, cloud computing, social networking, Big Data etc.
Exposure and participation in tech events/ Hackathon / contributions to Open source, authoring of Blogs, active participant in online tech forums is a plus.
Technical Hands-on Skills
Strong Object oriented programming skills and expertise in one of Java/J2EE, Node.js
Knowledge of C++ and Mobile Technology is a plus.
Strong understanding of web-based programming languages and scripting
Experience working with databases such as MySQL/ Oracle etc.
Exposure to one or more server side scripting technologies
Qaulification
BSCS or BSEE or Other Related 4yr Technical Degree
