Educational Qualifications:

B.Tech./MCA/Graduation (or equivalent) Minimum 15 years of formal education, Correspondence courses is not relevant).

Strong knowledge on web testing

Knowledge of Database testing, XML comparison

Proficient in different kind of Testing (Black Box System, Integration, Regression etc), Test Planning (Designing of Test Scenarios/Cases), Execution.

Hands on knowledge of Test Management tools like Test Director/ Quality Center.

Understands SDLC, STLC and different Test Methodologies

Experience of complete project lifecycle execution from Requirements Analysis to Production Support.

Good communication and presentation skills

Extra advantage

Automation Experience in QTP or Selenium is advantage

Experience on Hcentive product testing.
