Salary Range: 2.5 LPA + Cab Facility + Food Coupons
Shift: Night Shift (EST) (6:30PM-3:30AM)
Number of Positions: 1
Job Responsibilities & Activities:
Manage all basic backend employee processes.
Review and follow On-boarding Events until completed.
Review employee paperwork for completeness and accuracy.
Complete E-Verify within the required DHS deadline.
Maintain electronic employee records.
Process employee terminations.
Manage timesheets.
Adhoc assignments to support U.S. back office team.
Skill Set (Technical & Functional):
Entry level position for an MBA graduate.
Being proactive and taking ownership, and attention to details.
Working in a fast paced services organization.
Exceptional organizational skills to multi-task and balance priorities.
Outstanding communication skills (both verbal and written).
Analytical skills and methodical approach.
Troubleshooting and root cause research.
