Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field or equivalent work experience
May hold entry-level certification(s) in work field
Typically 0-3 years of relevant experience with Bachelor's degree
Candidate academic should be 60% and above, if some candidates are good in problem solving and attitude we can even consider them with 50% and above
Skills Required:
Basic Understanding of ITIL event management and incident management process
General Understanding of technology like wintel, UNIX
Server parameter monitoring in direct responsibility and their impact to business
Alert monitoring and tracking of incident till closure
Logging a ticket and assigning to technical team for further troubleshooting
Telephone calls handling skills
Customer Service and excellent Business communication
Ready to work in 24*7 support with rotational shifts
