Will be part of the one of the verticals in the chosen technology space post completion of the Campus Minds Learning Program (CMLP).
Campus Minds Learning Program (CMLP):
On joining, you will be on a Learning Program designed for you. This program is called Campus Minds Learning Program (CMLP).
Duration: 3 Months
Learning modes: Class room, self-study, project work, on-the-job training.
Learning streams: Technical (Includes any one or all of these : Java, .NET, DAS. Testing, SAP, etc. and behavioral streams).
Assessments: During and at the end of CMLP.
Performance expectations: Upon successful completion of CMLP by meeting the higher qualifying criteria, your employment at Mindtree will get confirmed.

Compensation:
Offer Mindtree CMLP of about 3 Months: INR 18,000 p.m. (stipend).
Offer post successful completion of Mindtree CMLP: INR 320,000 Per Annum.
Cost to company (including Performance Bonus of 12%): INR 290,000 Per Annum.
Retention bonus: INR 30,000
Qualifications and Eligibility:
BE/B.Tech 2014 Batch (CS/IT/ECE/EE/EI)
10th and 12th: 65% and Above
BE/B.Tech: 65% and Above
Recruitment Process:
Aptitude & domain based assessments (AMCAT).
Direct Interviews for shortlisted candidates.
