Good in English communication.

Qualification (2) :

B.E./B.Tech. (IT/CE) and MCSE or MCITP or MCTS or MCSA

No. of Positions: 2

Package :

1.4 to 1.8 Lacs per anum. (Service Agreement of 2 years has to be signed at the time of joining)

Roles & Responsibilities:

1) L1 support for after Sales cases (Chat / Email / Phone)
2) Maintenance of SLA standards
3) Product Training
4) Product Documentations
