Job Description
Responsible:
Work as part of an existing operations team ensuring 24/7 support for various internal and external computer systems to ensure maximum uptime. Troubleshoot and report problems as they occur. Document procedures and other ad hoc duties as required.
Specific Job Duties:
Working knowledge of Windows/Linux/Unix OS to support multiple Applications
The ability to install software and trace and correct installation issues.
Working knowledge of the following: Excel, and debugging Macros, Word, Access and structure of database and query building, Debugging of issues and Macros.
Trace Script and programmatic issues, and the ability to correct and continue manually.
Recognize issues that require Development or Administrator assistance and the ability to give detailed information as to the issue.
Create and Edit Windows and LINUX/UNIX Executable Scripts, the ability to trace errors, and correct in the scripts, or manually.
General knowledge of SQL Query Language.
