Job Details:
*6 mths Talent Search and Sourcing expereince in BPO/KPO added advantage.
*Online Talent/Skills Research across geographies.
*Researching data from various primary and secondary resources
*Use Internet to gather data and enter into client systems
*Analyzing the researched data
*Gathering facts from multiple sources and assimilating into concise format
*Entering information and files into specified files or forms from the recorded material
*To check and verify duplicates already existing in the system
*Maintain, update and customize updated data reports
*Responsible to complete the work in the specified SLA.
*Responsible to give the daily status of work or entries done throughout the working hours.
*Responsible to fill various kinds of forms/reports in the MIS
