Job Description
Responsibilities:
Create feature-level test plans (eg, functional, integration, etc).
Design and implement test case changes and framework changes to support quality infrastructure.
Design, write and execute automated test scripts, test harnesses or tools.
Participate in product requirement documentation (PRD) reviews and design reviews.
Recommend modifications to processes and procedures, and contribute to best practices, architecture, and implementations.
Promote and solicit ideas within project teams.
Qualifications:
Degree in computer science, engineering, or related field, and 1+ years of experience related to software development or implementation.
Knowledge of software quality engineering processes, tools, methods, test development and support.
Familiarity with C++/Perl/Python/Shell programming/scripting.
Familiarity with test automation tools (such as Selenium, UI Automation/Instruments, Robotium, UIAutomator), web services methodologies (such as JSON, REST), and network tools (such as Charles Proxy, Wireshark, tcpdump), and Agile/Scrum environments.
Experience in using bug tracking applications such as Bugzilla, JIRA etc.
