Interact with the contractors to have timely responses.
Raising tickets for every job called through and assigning them to the relevant internal/external team.
Would be a 8 hrs. calling environment with semi-voice support provided based on business needs.
Excel and Basic Trouble Shooting Skills.
Strong communication skills is must.
