Job Description
Job Requirment:
Responsible for providing technical support to customers and Cypress Field engineers
Answering customer questions on email/web-based systems/telephone
Training/demonstrating/assisting customers for using Cypress USB products and solutions.
Failure analysis
Development of product specifications and applications material usable by customers.
This is a Level 2 customer facing position with Level 1 directly handling customer calls.
Level 2 application teams address and resolve issues which Level 1 can not directly handle.
Should be prepared to support Design, Software, Systems and Marketing in investigation and effective resolution of cases reported by Cypress customers
Required Skills
Knowledge/Experience in SW/FW/Applications for embedded systems, C/C++ and Assembly.
Debugging and failure analysis skills. Ability to investigate cases in a logical manner and justify the conclusions.
Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
Knowledge of USB, I2C, SPI, SD, MMC, NAND etc interfaces is a plus.
