Job Description:
Entry level position for those who demonstrate command of one or more programming languages, program design and specification development, program logic and flow-charting, testing, debugging,documentation standards, application analysis of various business solutions. Works within the framework of established operating procedures to implement new or updated technologies to the operating system platforms of the business; Provides troubleshooting and maintenance as needed.
Essential Responsibilities:
Monitor ASCP & Demantra jobs on daily basis for any errors and take appropriate actions immediately to solve the issue.
Support the cases logged by customer and coordinate with technical team for technical issues and SR’s raised with ORACLE support team.
Complete Support on Production during Outage.
Understand Customer Business and Supply Chain during Requirements phase.
Involved in Requirement, System Integration Testing, UAT, Cut over & Production migration and training end users.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Information Technology.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonnel skills to engage the shift team members.
Work collaboratively with various cross functional, IT teams.
Strong analytical and reasoning skills.
