Job Description
The Program Implementation Analyst supports design, development, implementation, maintenance, and evaluation of enterprise programs that support employees and leaders in the talent management lifecycle.
Programs could include, but aren’t limited to, Competencies, Performance Management, Recognition, Talent Planning & Review, Leadership Development, Succession Planning, and Talent Assessments.
This role will focus on implementing and maintaining processes, tools, governance, education, and communications that support talent management programs. This role will provide tactical support for assigned programs to program audiences, with HR as a primary audience.
Qualifications
A bachelor's degree or equivalent training in human resources, organizational development, or learning and development related field.
Strong experience with talent management principles and methods, including designing and implementing new processes and tools, preferably related to talent management programs.
Demonstrated experience in participating in virtual, cross-functional project teams.
Certifications associated with database management or project management
Ability to create and maintain processes, policies, and procedures.
Excellent analytical, critical thinking and technical skills.
Qaulification
Bachelor's degree or equivalent training in human resources
