Preferred experience includes scheduling and supporting recruitment activities, preferably for technical roles / teams

Exceptional English language (speaking and writing) skills and comfortable being on the phone

Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel or PC based calendar/meeting applications

Strong follow up skills

Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks while managing their work time efficiently

Exceptional customer service focus and ability to demonstrate professional image over the phone

Experience in maintaining confidentiality, utilizing discretion and good judgment

Ability to create and sustain productive relationships with external and internal clients

Willingness and ability to flexible US hours

Desired Profile

Schedule phone and Skype technical interviews for US candidates with speed and efficiency

Communicate professionally and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times both internally and externally with our candidates

Deliver a great recruiting experience for all candidates

Perform administrative duties as required to support interview documentation
