Should have worked in designing and creating mid to large systems
Ability to deal with the inherent ambiguity related to analysis, design and exercise good judgment in line with the overall goals
Excellent analytical skills and creativity in proposing multiple options/solutions to a requirement, and select the best based on various priorities like time for development, usability, maintainability, etc.
Excellent abilities in working in Java (Version 7), J2EE and Hibernate/Spring/Struts/JDBC
Experience in N-Tier e-Commerce Applications
Exposure to web technologies like XML, JSP, Velocity/VM
Exposure to SOAP based Web Services
Exposure to web servers like Apache Tomcat, Linux/Unix, Solaris or any other
Ability to simultaneously work with multiple stakeholders across the organization
Good understanding of software technologies and methodologies, especially any forms of Agile
Good understanding of object-oriented approaches to software development
Nice to have Travel Industry/eCommerce Knowledge
Exposure to testing protocols into unit testing, automated build and continuous build methodologies

BE/BTech/ME/MTech/MCA
