Job Description
Position requires to act as the customer's escalation point for all software application feature/function & performance-related issues and provide leadership for crisis management, including working with front-end, server and back-office applications as well as customer specific integration software
• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline Internships and/or 0-3 years of related experience Have a strong desire for quality, and attention to detail.
• Excellent analytical skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment composed of peers and cross-functional members Judgment skills needed to assess high-risk areas of a system problem, on which to focus efforts
• Ability to work a variable work schedule.
• Ability to be available for a 7x24 on-call rotation Training in Windows 2003/2008, XP/Vista operating systems.
• Training in Linux operating systems.
• Training troubleshooting SQL databases.
• Training troubleshooting Windows Internet Information Services (IIS).
• Training troubleshooting software written in the 'C' programming language.
• Training in e-mail and groupware products such as Outlook and Exchange
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline
