Job Description
The Red Hat Storage Engineering team is looking for an Associate Software Engineer. In this role, you will work as part of a team responsible for developing the file system and writing unit test cases for the file system.
Required skills
Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or other technical degree with relevant experience is preferred
Extensive working knowledge of C, C++, and Makefiles
Excellent data structures and algorithm skills
Operating systems and Linux internals skills
Knowledge of free and open source software development concepts and methodology
Ability to multitask while ensuring high quality of work
Great interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact with customers when needed
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Education
Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or other technical degree
