Job Description

• Good communication (written and spoken) and demonstrates active listening skills
• Basic knowledge of MS-Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint 2007)
• Knowledge of PeopleSoft version 9 or higher would be added advantage
• Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application - Siebel preferrably
• Basic knowledge of HR processes and back-end operations
• Experience in interacting with global customers
• Freshers or candidates with 1-2 years experience.((Peoplesoft Preferred)
• Have experience in working in a corporate working environment (business and meeting etiquettes)

Qualifications

Graduation from any discipline or MBA post graduate
-Engineering graduate need not be preferred
-Basic knowledge of MS-Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint 2007)
