Job Description
To provide technical support activity for Vox Products
Troubleshoot networking / internetworking problems in a methodical and timely manner
Liaise with Product / Engineering / Commercial departments and third party vendors in relation to IPT products
Use the Support Trouble Ticket Queue Database to receive workflow-related data
Drive issues to resolution in order to meet customer service level agreements and customer expectations
Improve Engineering documentation to drive efficiency and productivity.
Support will be provided across a range of IPT products and a high degree of technical knowledge is required, as well as the ability to articulate in a language understood by our Partners / Resellers and their Engineers.

Key Skills:
Typically be qualified to degree level in telecommunications or a related technical discipline
Demonstrable expertise in IP technology
Must be a self-starter, proactive, highly organized, and capable of working well with individuals at all levels in the organization
Troubleshooting L1 issues
Candidates should have good communication Skills , should be well versed with English and Hindi.(Malayalam and Bengali would be an added advantage)
Education
Degree level in telecommunications or a related technical discipline
