Job Description
Under supervision assists with the preparation of a variety of training programs. Supports the training specialists in collecting, and entering course materials for course evaluation purposes. Responsible for summarizing feedback from course evaluations, identifying trends, and presenting feedback and improvements to training staff.
Some University education in Human Resources Administration, Training, Education, Organizational Development, Instructional Design, or a related field.
Knowledge of training, organization development and learning practices.
Ability to administer programs, and manage projects.
Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
Demonstrated Interpersonal Skills.
Ability to handle multi-tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work well independently as well as with a team
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
