1- 2 years experience in C++/VC++ based applications

Skills/Required:
C# .net/VB/VB .net - Good experience in designing & developing form based applications
Fair working experience in C,C++ based applications
Good understanding and usage of Object Oriented concepts.
Good understanding of Design Patterns and its implementation
Fair working experience in .NET based web applications
Good understanding and usage of IDE and debugging techniques
Should be able to appreciate importance of HF in software developement
