Roles and responsibilities:
Conduct research on IT happenings using web and give logical conclusion on research.
Partner with Recruiters in building the hiring strategies.
Sourcing profiles using eccentric methods.
6 months to 1 Year experience working in IT Recruitments.
Preferred MBA HR but not limited.
Thorough training will be given on using Social Media for souring profiles.
