Job Profile:
Handle inbound calls from customers / service engineers
Handle complaints / help customers
Make outgoing calls to know customer satisfaction
Timings:
Monday-Saturday
8 hrs rotating shift each day (anytime between 8am-8pm)
Only female candidates will be entertained.
Salary: 12k - 15k in hand
Candiate profile:
Good communication skills( English+ Hindi)
Good telephone etiquettes
Training will be provided
