Six Month’s Program with 3 rotations of 2 months each in sub vertical collections ( Field/Tele Calling , Compliance & PRA )
Responsibilities
Collaborate & work closely with subject matter experts for technical and domain knowledge of all the verticals in collections
In depth understanding of all collection processes and key metrics
Qualifications:
Post Gradutate ( MBA/PGDBA ) from Reputed Organization
Desired Characteristics
Self-directed individual with an eagerness to excel and accustomed to a fast-paced environment.
Ability to take ownership and responsibility, proactively managing work through to completion, within deadlines.
Excellent communication skills .
