Required Skills:
6 Months – 1 Year of recruiting experience utilizing a variety of sources including research, cold calling, internet searches, community groups and research.
Preparing report using Excel.
Effective candidate management and scheduling the candidates/blocking calendars for interviewers.
Manage interview schedules; scheduling telephone and face to face interviews with the recruiting team and the business; up to executive-level hiring.
Good Communication Skills
