Job Description
Identify potential application performance, availability and scalability problems and address them proactively
Health monitoring and troubleshooting web and application servers
Troubleshoot complex performance problems
Install upgrades and patches to existing web and application servers
Automate routine maintenance tasks using scripting technologies
Implement and maintain security
Contribute to best of breed product support tools including run books, monitoring, and knowledgebase to aid in the product support process.
Responsible for working along with the development teams and evaluate physical design to keep up with the dynamic and growing business needs.
Keep self-updated along with the emerging technology and look for opportunities to implement them wherever necessary
