Job Description
The Application Support Engineer will be responsible for supporting the Consumer Marketing System workflow applications, which include Campaign Setup, List Planning, and Job Tracker. The candidate must have experience troubleshooting applications, writing SQL to investigate data, documenting findings, and testing bug fixes and enhancements. The ideal candidate will also have experience developing business reports using Microsoft’s SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS). In addition, the candidate must be able to learn quickly and independently, to support a wide variety of functionality and business processes. The candidate must be team-oriented, exhibit strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills, as well as demonstrate the ability to work with both technical and non-technical personnel on a daily basis.
Experience Required:
1-2 years experience supporting a three tier application
Strong SQL skills investigating data
Experience developing business reports in Microsoft’s SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
Experience translating end user requirements into written specifications for developers and QA
Knowledge of marketing campaign management processes a plus

BE/BTech/MCA
