Job Description:
Job Responsibilities:
Collate the data into coherent and logical structures to produce periodic as well as one-off analyses to aid the decision makers.
Daily, Weekly, monthly reports (using excel, VBA, SQL & automated reports).
Create effective and persuasive presentations on the objectives provided by the business.
Improve and automate existing reporting structure for ease of use and reduced reporting time.
Identify automation opportunities and create macros based on Macro Express and VBA to help improve productivity and accuracy in claims transactions processing.
Monthly Billing and Reconciliation and Chargeback.
Build automated solutions/models for operations to manage activities like claims allocation and audits efficiently.
Forecast inventory and plan staffing in various queues based on historic volumes and considering factors like utilization, attrition and service levels required. Determine overtime and up-skill training requirements to maintain service level in each queue.
Provide Root cause analysis on critical process metrics, suggest corrective actions, and track pre-post numbers to measure the effect of corrective actions.
Stacks and Incentives management: Support performance management by supervising delivery of timely stacks and incentives.
Supports the goals of the department by performing ad hoc duties.
Collaborate with onshore partners regarding report design and macro automations.
Requirements:
Desired Skills:
Strong ability to elicit and understand client requirements as well as recommend creative solutions.
Conceptualize and design reports showcasing important attributes and trends.
Ability to work efficiently with limited supervision and manage schedule to meet project deadlines and deliver products of excellent standards.
Expertise in VBA, MS-Access, SQL server and VB.NET.
Macro Express experience preferred.
Strong Analytical skills, ability to trouble shoot and identify solutions.
Understands workforce management concepts like staffing, forecasting, utilization and service levels.
Excellent interpersonal skills at both an individual and team level.
Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
Experience in healthcare and claim adjudication operations.
Prior experience working with Onshore teams.
Good understanding of SDLC.
