Job Description
This position is responsible for verifying and validating new product development, implementation configurations, testing of service requests and new feature functionality while ensuring service delivery meets or exceeds client expectations. Responsibilities also include maintaining close-working relationships with team members in Development, Production Support, Project Management and other departments to ensure quality software is delivered.
Job Requirement:
BE/BTECH/MCA
0- 2 years of experience in software Quality Assurance and testing in technology-based environment
Experience creating and implementing formal process documentation
Previous travel industry experience preferred
Strong, positive communication skills (verbal and written) within team environment
Ability to communicate clearly and positively
Strong interpersonal skills; capable of impacting others’ attitudes and opinions in a positive, respectful manner
Good negotiating skills
