Qualifications:
• Advanced technical education in electrical-/mechanical-engineering or computer sciences (technical university – bachelor or master) – focus on control technology, combustion technology.
• Strong background in control theory including advanced control methodologies
• Experience with modeling, simulation, and calibration tools used in engine control system development
• Strong background in Internal Combustion Engines with respect to engine performance, combustion, emissions, and control
• Skilled in SW development for embedded systems (C/C++, Matlab/Simulink, AutoCoding, AUTOSAR)
• Knowledge of requirement management techniques and tools
• Awareness of efficient software verification and validation processes
• Responsible and team oriented style of work
• Experience in project management
• Excellent English language skills (spoken and written).
• Willingness to work within global distributed teams on common goals
• Self Starter, very good analytical skills
